Refunds and Returns

Please note that we will send replacement items should an item be damaged in transit, or in the case of the manufacturing issue then either a replacement or refund will be issued.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, that’s no problem. Please e-mail or telephone us so we can stop your order from being packed and dispatched, and a refund or exchange can be arranged.

Refunds will be given should an item be damaged during transit or from defective manufacturing.
If you have ordered an item in error we ask you to contact us via email with your order number and date of order so we can give you a returns number and in some cases supply you with return postage label.
