Payment FAQ's

We use PayPal as our E-commerce partner, which means all transactions are processed on their website for credit and debit cards or PayPal transactions giving you peace of mind and security of your personal information.

Credit card payments – Website
Once you have made your selection simply proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions. Our payment section is fully secure (Supplied by PayPal) so you can rest assured your personal details can only be accessed by us and nobody else.

Orders sent to countries outside of the UK will be converted to GBP at the prevailing rates of your bank on the day of purchase.

You can use your credit and debit cards without the need of a PayPal account.

Credit card payments – Telephone Orders
We provide a telephone mail order service too. This is a simple way to pay for your orders should you not wish to use the internet, just call us (afternoons is the best time) and place your order over the phone. We will take some details and your card information and process your payment during the call. All your personal details will be destroyed once the order has been dispatched.

**  Please note that Quaycraft & Waterline Models are part of the Peedie Models group and your credit/debit card statement will show your transaction to Peedie Models.  **

PayPal is our preferred payment method as its secure for both of us.

Security
Your order and payment details are sent to us across a secure connection (PayPal) that ensures the information you enter is encrypted and that it cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than ourselves.

Your privacy and security are our priority.

Cheques – Mail Order
We accept cheques, please make them payable to Peedie Models. If using this method please allow a couple of extra days for your payment to clear through our bank.

Overdue Invoices
Please note that we charge 8% interest on all overdue invoices, which is charged on a weekly basis. Failure to pay the outstanding balance and any interest will result in the matter being handed over to our debit recovery team, at which point you will be liable for all outstanding monies including the debit recovery fees.
